Founded in Newport Beach, California, The Saywitz Company began with a mission to provide top-tier real estate services. By the early 2000s, they expanded their expertise to purchasing, renovating, and managing multifamily apartment buildings and complexes throughout California.
In 2000, The Saywitz Company created Saywitz Properties Group, which now manages a portfolio of over 50 properties worth more than $100 million. This portfolio is overseen by an in-house team of property managers, construction, and leasing personnel, ensuring dedicated management and supervision.
In 2023, Saywitz Properties demonstrated their commitment to sustainability by adding solar to their corporate offices in Newport Beach and highlights their dedication to environmental responsibility and a greener future for all.
The installation decisions for the Saywitz office building were heavily influenced by the age and structural integrity of its flat roof. To ensure a lightweight installation that would be compatible with these conditions, a penetration-based footing system was selected. This method provided a secure and stable installation for the solar panels, despite the roof’s unique challenges. We opted for APsystems QT2-208 micro-inverters due to their outstanding power efficiency and robust 25-year warranty. These micro-inverters are designed to deliver maximum energy output and reliability, making them an ideal fit for the energy demands of the Saywitz office building.
